IT Support Technician

Here at Sealey, we are seeking to recruit an IT Support Technician to join our  team based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.  You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis andin return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

Responsibilities as our IT Support Technician will include:

• Working as part of a team to deliver high quality support to internal staff remotely and in person
• Taking ownership of the purchasing & maintenance of all IT Assets
• Assisting with the maintenance of on-premises and cloud IT Infrastructures
• Installing, configuring and maintaining relevant IT software and hardware including Desktops, Laptops, Thin Clients and Printers
• Championing new technology in the business and helingp train staff in IT best practice
• Creating and maintaining documentation to a high standard, relevant to the roles core responsibilities
• Supporting IT Project leads with project delivery as and when required

What we’re looking for in our IT Support Technician:

• Knowledge or experience managing an ADDS environment using RSAT for Windows
• Experience with Office 365 Exchange, Teams & SharePoint
• The ability to deploy PC’s & Laptops on Windows 10/11 Pro
• Someone enthusiastic and keen to develop their IT knowledge
• A person with a high attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to relay information to users at all levels
• An analytical approach to problem solving
