Salary: £50,000-£57,000 DOE

Monday - Friday - 9am-5pm

The Role:

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a key part in our growth and operational efficiency through overseeing IT systems and assets, assisting with upgrades and fixes, providing training and support to Project and Technical Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
  • Managing all MDM system such as Kandji
  • Researching and evaluating emerging technologies, hardware, and software
  • Serving as the subject-matter expert supporting Mac OS X, Windows, and widely used software and
