IT Support Technician - East Ayrshire - On site 26K

We are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to join a growing organisation, in the hospitality and hotel industry.

There will be travel between sites located in close proximity, so a full UK driving licence and access to your own car are required. Any travel costs will be reimbursed.

The ideal candidate will need 1 year experience in an IT support role.

Duties and responsibilities/skills included:

  • Support on-site hardware, including repairs and network troubleshooting.
  • Use MDM and assessment management.
  • Configurate networking devices
  • Active Directory
  • Windows servers
  • Out -of-hours on-call rota
  • Be able to Travel to sites.
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable

This role you will have to travel to various sites. There is an on-call rota which currently sits at 1 in 5 weekends.
