My client is wanting a strong IT Support Lead to join their growing team. You will be responsible for being the escalation point for the service desk engineers. Offering hands on approach to fit the business needs. The role is varied offering opportunities to get hands on with a wide range of tech and projects.

General Responsibilities:

  • Escalation point for the Service Desk team
  • Working with Customers on complex issues that require a high level of expertise
  • Working with/creating the team to SLAs
  • Monitoring and Prioritising tickets
  • Window Server Troubleshooting - 2012, 2016, 2019 & 2022
  • EndPoint troubleshooting including Windows 10 & 11
  • Strong experience in Office 365 including configuration and administration
  • Previous experience and strong knowledge with Hyper-V / VMware
  • Great communication and customer/client service (crucial)
  • Ability to go out to sites for work as and when the business needs (occasional)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2+ Years experience End-User Support
  • 4+ Years experience in a Service Desk/Helpdesk environment
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire team members to achieve goals
  • Full UK Driving License
