Client is a well established and growing company with offices in Europe and the US.

Description

Role involves handling initial inquiries and incidents reported by users, providing basic troubleshooting, and resolving straightforward technical issues. This includes tasks like password resets, software installations, and basic hardware support. First-line support staff often act as the first point of contact for users seeking IT assistance.

Second-line IT support is also required for more advanced technical support beyond the scope of first-line support. This includes diagnosing and resolving more complex technical issues & conducting in-depth troubleshooting.

Profile

Will have strong first and 2nd line experience and have great communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Offer

Up to £45K basic, the opportunity to travel abroad occasionally and to involve themselves in exciting projects.
