Join a globally recognised brand as their IT Support Engineer! We're seeking a proactive individual to join our dynamic IT team and play a pivotal role in supporting our technological infrastructure across the UK & Ireland. This position offers a blend of on-site and remote work opportunities with occasional travel, requires a driving licese due to site visits.

Salary: up to £39,000 + benefits

Location: Paddington (4 days a week on-site)

Responsibilities as IT Support Engineer:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT components.
  • Monitor and optimize IT systems, networks, and security solutions for peak performance.
  • Collaborate on IT projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Requirements as IT Support Engineer:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 2+ years of IT support experience.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ideally you will have EPOS experience (not essential)
  • Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking protocols, and hardware maintenance.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ are advantageous.
