IT Support Engineer (MSP)
Leeds, West Yorkshire
£25,000 - £40,000

A Microsoft partner are now looking for an extra set of hands as their client base expands and the company grows!


This business has a huge emphasis on Azure and Cloud technologies and give every member of staff a personal development plan that includes pay rises and fully funded certifications.

You will provide technical support remotely for the business's external clients. Your duties will include: Resolving tickets, picking up tickets via the helpdesk ticketing system, involvement in some exciting projects, technical research for client solutions, logging and updating IT support issues and partaking in technical training and personal development sessions.

Their current Technology stack includes some of the below:

* Microsoft Windows server
* Microsoft 365 and its addons (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams etc.)
* Strong troubleshooting experience with HyperV, Active Directory, Azure
* Strong general hardware/software troubleshooting
* Ability to think 'out-side-the-box'
