Are you an IT Support Engineer with background knowledge in Firewalls and Networks and looking for a role that offers training for business security solutions with cutting edge CCTV and tracking devices who support businesses such as Peacocks, Ladbrokes and Travelodge?

This position will provide you with insight into a growing and thriving company, joining a team of 2 specialists who work on various projects that span the entirety of the UK.

In this role you will be working directly with clients to develop and maintain network infrastructure, firewall integrity and various other security services and products. This position will be ideal for an IT Support Engineer looking to increase their skillset.

The ideal IT Support Engineer will have a background in Networking and have a proven track record of troubleshooting complex IT issues.

THE ROLE:

• Support clients and customers on their IT/Networking and Security
• On the job training for a range of technical skills in the security field
• Troubleshooting and fixing issues in a team environment

THE PERSON:

• Ability to pass a DBS check
• Looking for training on RFID and CCTV products
• IT Support or Networking experience
• Local to Mansfield
