Are you a IT Support Engineer looking for a very exciting opportunity to progress your career within a very highly rated English league standard Professional Football Club?

Do you want the opportunity to work in an ambitious professional football club who are currently competing in one of England's topflight division's challenging for a league title. Working for the IT Support team to deliver best in class service.

On offer is an opportunity to join a UK leading MSP that is the sole provider for one of UKs most recognisable and successful football teams, you will be dealing with all levels of IT Support, Networking and Infrastructure.

The ideal candidate would have a UK driving license and be local to Ipswich, they would have ample background in IT Support, cisco and infrastructure.

The Role:

• Complex 2nd Line/3rd line tickets
• Dealing with users on the telephone and in person for support
• Meeting service desk targets for quality and performance

The Person:

• IT Support background
• Background in Cisco and Infrastructure
• Local to Ipswich
