A brand-new opportunity to join a specialised tech company based in Liverpool. We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide 1st and 2nd line Support for all internal users across the business.

You will be joining a small existing team, for a company offering really good benefits and flexible start and finish times, with an early finish on a Friday!

• You'll be getting involved in general IT Support, hardware and server maintenance, Cyber security projects, support of AD, Office 365 and some Azure. Working on the IT Helpdesk, you'll be a first port of call for IT enquiries, so we are looking for someone with good customer service skills, patience and analytical thinking!

As an IT Support Technician you'll be working in the following tech environment:

• Windows
• Hardware support and maintenance
• Active Directory
• Office 365
• Azure
• Helpdesk monitoring
• VLAN VOIP, DHCP, DNS
