Are you an IT Support technician or similar looking for an opportunity to support a multimillion pound logistics business with their IT infrastructure and bespoke E-Logistics software, in a position that offers opportunities to progress your career into more senior positions?

On offer is a role within a specialist IT team of 4, supporting over 120 users in a logistics business that has gone from strength to strength since they were founded in 1979. This company are local to Carlisle and are planning an update for their IT infrastructure which will open doors for a support technician to learn new technologies and skills.

The ideal IT Support Technician will have experience in a similar role and be adaptable to new environments and technologies. This role will cover various sides of the IT department to ensure the success of the wider business.

THE ROLE:

• Maintaining and configuring IT infrastructure for a thriving business
• Working alongside the IT team to plan updates and routine checkups
• Autonomy over your own work with guidance where needed

THE PERSON:

• Experience in a similar role
• Local to Carlisle
• Looking to work with new technologies
