IT Support Apprentice

Wansbroughs LLP is a Solicitors firm based in Devizes, Wiltshire. The firm has around 100 employees split between office based and home workers.
Overview:
We are now looking for an IT Support Apprentice to join our IT team.
You’ll be working with experienced individuals within the IT space with plenty of opportunities to learn.
Main role / Responsibilities [will include but not be limited to]:
- Maintenance of our core business System/CRM system
- Record issues on the helpdesk and act as first fix
- Building / Patching / Maintaining Laptops and PC's
- Managing Users and Policies with our Office 365 environment
- Dealing with Suppliers and Service contract providers as required
Desirable skills:
- Good communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) would be useful
- Good problem-solving skills
Personal qualities:
- Able to work as part of a team
- Honesty and discretion (as access to personal information)
- Not afraid to ask questions
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Salary:
£15,000 - £18,000 per annum. [dependent on experience]
Working week: 8:30am - 4:30pm, or 9am - 5pm / 37.5 hours a week.

Future prospects:
90% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship.
