This profitable and growing organisation require an experienced IT Support Analyst, who has a background in providing high-level IT Support in a professional environment. Your role will require you to troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops and mobile devices as well as install, configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
As an internal Support Analyst, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to end-users both remotely and on-site. Experience of supporting users based across multiple sites would be beneficial for this position.
The role will be hybrid, with the expectation of being in their central London office several days per week. Out of hours / on-call work is unlikely in this role.

Experience:
- 1st and 2nd line technical suppport
- User account administration (Active Directory, Exchange 365).
- Windows environments, Microsoft Office suite, and system management software such as SCCM.
- Laptop and mobile hardware.
- Incident, Change and Problem Management processes.
- Relevant technical certifications are desirable e.g. ITIL v4.
Effectively, this role is responsible for working with the wider IT team to contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of IT Services for a business with several thousand employees.
