IT Support Analyst Role - London (Hybrid)

Are you an IT Support Analyst seeking a new role? We are currently working with a top-rate law firm in London, who are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their team on a full-time, hybrid basis.

This is an exciting and varied role where you will complete the below duties:

• Diagnosing any issues experienced by users.
• Responding to problems with possible solutions.
• Maintaining systems health by planning any required updates or general maintenance.
• Organising the set-up of accounts for new staff and helping with systems training.
• Providing a high standard of service at all times.

To be successful you will need to have varied software experience, to name a few: VMware, Intune, Citrix, MS Office Packages etc. At least 1-2 years of law firm experience or within professional services would be required.
