The technical team play a massive part in their success and is highly valued within the company, they're looking to hire an IT Service Desk Analyst in their Edinburgh office.

Main Duties:

  • Supporting the Service Desk team in a 1st/2nd Line Capacity
  • Hands-on technical support
  • Supporting company-wide projects
