The IT Service Desk Analyst plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to colleagues, handling incidents and requests, escalating when necessary. This position involves a mix of 1st and 2nd line activities, within an environment that actively encourages personal development of technical skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Swiftly respond to IT incidents and requests, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Log and categorize incidents, maintaining accurate records.
  • Aim for a high first-time fix rate, escalating to the Systems Team when needed.
  • Contribute to the creation of essential support documentation.
  • Proactively identify areas for IT improvement.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

  • Prior experience in a similar IT support role, particularly within legal environments.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and clear communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with incident, request, and problem management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016 products.
  • Knowledge of legal-based IT applications such as InTapp, BigHand, NetDocuments.

This role is based fully onsite in the Baker Street office with occasional travel to South Quay
