Are you an experienced IT Requirements Engineer looking for your next adventure?

My client is looking to grow their engineering team with an IT Requirements Engineer. As an IT Requirements Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in understanding and securing business requirements for various system change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including delivery managers, SCRUM masters, and product owners, to ensure no detail is missed.

* Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a consultant to clients on application solutions.

* Define scope and document requirements using agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business processes and capabilities.

* Facilitate activities such as interviews or JAD sessions to gather and document requirements.

* Support software engineers and test engineers throughout the development lifecycle, providing guidance and answering queries.

What you will bring:

* Secondary qualification or equivalent experience.

* Proficiency in ITIL, SOP's, RACI, Visio, and Lucid.

* Practical experience with Agile Methodology for Software Engineering.

* Experience working with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.

* Strong understanding of business analysis approaches and methodologies.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to multitask effectively and stay organized.
