IT Recruitment consultant - 2-4 years experience

My client is an extremely well established privately owned recruitment company based in the Thames Valley. Since its inception, the company has grown consistently, principally on reputation and referral's.

The office has a fun corporate and mature sales environment with a real professional edge to it. They are looking for recruitment consultants to join them who display self-motivation, tenacity, resilience and great communication skills. The right person for this role will have a minimum of twelve months recruitment experience, ideally within the IT, IT sales or engineering market. In return you will be given the opportunity to work on live jobs with existing clients whilst building up your own desk.
