This role is perfect for a Senior IT Engineer / IT Manager who is looking for a role where they have the autonomy and opportunity to develop the organisations infrastructure environment and make a difference!


ROLE:

  • Manage the infrastructure: hardware, software, and servers
  • Asset management: procurement, configuration, deployment
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to ensure all SLAs are in upheld
  • Create and implement policies, practices and procedures
  • Research and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency
  • Manage network security and reliability
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate end users
  • Project scope, execution, and completion
  • Budget, schedule, and resource management


EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 years' working in a relevant role
  • Proficient providing hardware and software support
  • Excellent people management and stakeholder skills
  • Experience working with different systems and software's
  • Current knowledge of the latest technologies
  • Self-starter and a proactive approach to workload
