IT Help Desk Support
Our client, who is based near Macclesfield, Cheshire, is seeking experienced IT Help Desk Support.
You will be an IT Help Desk Support professional with adept customer service skills to manage client expectations, handle tier 2 (remote support) calls, and efficiently resolve support cases, ensuring the continued effectiveness of client systems and enhancing our client's reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain exemplary customer service standards.
- Take proactive ownership of user problems and log all calls promptly.
- Efficiently coordinate with field engineers and various departments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Basic OS knowledge (Windows/Mac), networking, TCP/IP protocols.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Remote Device Management, Office/Microsoft 365, and PC System Build.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with CCTV, Access Control, and AV systems.
