Overview: 
Are you an aspiring IT professional looking to begin your career with an apprenticeship? 
QA group are delighted to be working with Duocall MSP in recruiting an IT Apprentice. 

Due to their recent growth, they are looking for their next aspiring IT professional to join their ever-growing team, offering a position you don’t want to miss out on.
Located in Rotherham DuoCall MSP operates from an office environment with transport links nearby.

Duties & Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to): 

  • Providing 1st Line Support
  • Troubleshooting and analysing data
  • Raising tickets
  • Configure hardware, firewalls, routers and switches
  • Perform diagnosis on endpoints and customer servers.

Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeships by both QA Group and our client.

Desired qualities, skills & knowledge:

  • Good Customer Service skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn

Entry requirements: 

  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Salary:
£13,500 per annum

Working week: 
Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Future prospects:
