IT Engineer - £24-28K - Great Training

My client, an MSP based in Solihull are looking for an IT Engineer to join their technical team. Other responsibilities of the role will include supporting their busy Helpdesk, and supporting the computer hardware.

Responsibilities:

• Providing 1st/2nd Line support to their user base
• Monitoring helpdesk tickets and resolving any issues
• Travelling out to site to fix client issues
• Provide technical support for servers and applications on either on-premises or cloud.

Skills/Experience:

• Windows OS
• Windows Server
• Hardware installations and troubleshooting
• Active Directory
• Office 365
• Firewall experience
