Our client, a Global Pharmaceutical Organisation is recruiting for an IT Business Analyst on a permanent basis. This person will contribute to the overall service management strategy by partnering with the customer service and technical field service teams across Europe.

Great opportunity for someone to work on fulfilling and future focused projects, which will contribute to the continued success within the region. Number of upcoming projects include integrations of Salesforce, ERP, and a number of IT products to support company growth.

Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Divisional teams and functional teams.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancements.
  • Define tangible use cases that align desired technology output to commercial objectives.
  • Recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business out- comes.
  • Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams.
  • Improve the business analysis function through best practices, process management, mentoring, and education.

Experience

  • Knowledge in technical field service and customer service processes/ tools.
  • Integration experience with at least one of the following; Salesforce, ServiceMax, Oracle and SAP. Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • A self-starter who enjoys problem solving and creating innovative solutions. Can organise and direct diverse activities in a changing environment.
  • Excellent communicator who is effectively able to establish connection and related to business challenges with key internal and external stakeholders.
