Job Role: IT Application Support Specialist
Location: Shrewsbury
Salary: Up to £30k
My client are a huge Law Firm who are continuing to invest in its IT for consistent, high-quality systems and services. The Legal Applications Specialist provides expert support on key business applications, ensuring responsiveness and professionalism. Travel may be required.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Specialize in the firm's legal application suite, addressing incidents promptly.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to meet evolving application needs.
* Provide training on legal applications and improve practices.
* Document applications and comply with IT management processes.
* Stay updated on technical developments and maintain service quality.
* Ensure data protection compliance and maintain information security.
* Act as an ambassador for IT Service, fostering positive relationships.
* Provide support within the department as needed.
Technical requirements:
* ITIL Foundation
* Microsoft Office applications
* Windows Server/Exchange
* VMware
* Citrix
* Active Directory,
* DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
Desireable skills :

* Intapp

* Litera
Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
