Pinpoint Resourcing are proud to patrner with a hugely successful London based construction company in sourcing an Invoicing Executive on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately inputting transaction details into the property management database. • Issuing first invoices for customer (tenants) accounts.

• Auditing contracts to provide quality assurance.

• Answering queries in relation to the property, deal terms and lease contract.

• Processing customer notices.

• Assisting with Legal Admin reporting to internal stakeholders

• Liasing with local authorities in respect to Rates demands.

• Sending daily/weekly occupancy emails to councils

• Checking, verifying, and processing payments in the relevant databases.

• Apply for and allocate refunds as required.

• Assisting with Rates reporting to internal stakeholders.

• Supporting with the roll out of a new process for record keeping for the Rates Team.

Salary + other information:

  • Salary £35k
  • Based near Victoria
  • Hybrid working arrangement - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
  • Hours: 9am - 5pm
  • 27 days holiday
