About our client

Our client is a private markets investor managing investor commitments across primary fund investments, secondary investments and direct equity co-investments, private credit and other strategies. Their IR / marketing team is looking to hire a commercially-minded Senior Associate / VP who will be responsible for different tasks, from preparing responses to DDQs and RFPs, through to implementing the marketing strategy for the overall group and individual fund offerings. What the job involves

  • Prepare and coordinate DDQs and RFPs responses
  • Liaise with portfolio managers, sales, finance and legal teams to prepare responses to clients in a timely manner
  • Assist in the production of presentation materials
  • Work closely with investment teams to provide communication and updates during fundraising processes
  • Organise and coordinate onsite meetings for clients
  • Manage CRM systems
Who we are looking for

  • Strong educational background with previous experience in RFP writing, investor relations, client services and fundraising support
  • Prior exposure to and knowledge of private markets strategies is required
  • Ability to multi-task, team-player attitude and a desire to work on a wide range of projects and manage them effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships, internally and externally
