Strategy and Investor Relations Analyst

Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with an exciting commercial property business based in Central London to source an Investor Relations Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.

Objectives:

• To work with internal stakeholders, alongside external parties where relevant, in analysing opportunities for growth whilst also helping deliver and clearly communicate the company’s strategy
• To manage relationships effectively with external stakeholders: the sell-side analyst and buy-side investor communities in particular, in executing the company’s IR strategy

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain strategy related documentation and analysis for the Director of Strategy & Corporate Development
• Work with the Director of Strategy & Corporate Development in identifying and executing on chosen growth opportunities
• Execute day to day management of corporate development related projects alongside internal stakeholders as well as external parties, where relevant
• Help manage relationships with buy-side investors and sell-side analysts, including responding to questions and requests in a timely manner
• Collate and maintain sell-side analyst consensus, liaising closely with the Finance team
• Help conduct investor tours and accompany management to investor meetings, providing briefing notes to management ahead of meetings or conferences and maintaining good records of all engagement using JPMorgan’s CBS Direct system
• Regular engagement with corporate brokers and other advisers particularly around results and roadshows and on investor targeting
• Working with Corporate Communications to provide relevant content for results, announcements and presentations, and ensuring investor comms are up to date and in line with regulations

Salary + other information:

• £75,000 - £80,000 + discretionary bonus
• Based in Central London
