Meraki Talent are recruiting a Financial Services Administrator for a leading Investment Management firm in the heart of Bristol.

Working as part of an established team, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for client onboarding enquiries, providing a first class client service.
This role will require applicants to build and maintain relationships with Investment Managers as well as other parties, ensuring onboarding requirements are accurate.
Key Duties;
  • First point of contact for clients
  • Providing administration experience relating to onboarding requirements
  • Ensuring client queries are responded too, within strict timescales
  • Ensuring onboarding of new clients
  • Processing and checking client documentation
Applicants should have come from a Financial Services background, in particular Investment or Wealth Management, where you have a proven track record with client onboarding. 

This is a fixed term appointment, which adopts a hybrid approach to working, to give added flexibility.
