Due to continued growth my client, a leading Independent Investment Manager, currently seek a talented candidate to join their friendly team. The role will involve supporting the Investment Managers (IM's) with a wide range of administrative and client driven activities which will include:

  • Provide a high standard of administrative support to the Investment Management team.
  • Assisting IM's with portfolio management for a range of discretionary and advisory clients.
  • Preparing reports and documentation required for client meetings
  • Follow on-boarding processes for setting up new clients and ensuring all regulatory information is collected and recorded.
  • Assist with the production of client suitability reports
  • Assist with probate / CGT valuations, preparation of client reports and transaction implementation.
  • Preparing investment proposals
  • Opening and maintenance of client accounts
  • Maintenance of due diligence documentation
  • Performing trades
  • Monitoring progress of investment funds

Applicants must possess previous experience of working in the Investment or Wealth management sector and ideally have the CISI qualification or equivalent. You must possess outstanding communication and administration skills along with a keen eye for detail and strong problem solving ability. You will be able to work in a team environment and use your experience to support more junior members of the team.
