We are looking for a Level 4 QCF (or equivalent) advisor to give support within the Tax, Protection, Investments and Trusts space, for a national wealth client.

You will be expected too:

  • Provide technical support to the business regarding the different products on offer.
  • Support the team with the Investments Advice Guidance Framework
  • To provide a First-Class technical query resolution service, via phones, email and Live Chat, adhering to agreed standards, to agreed service levels.
  • Provide ’added value’ services to the business as required.
  • Personally contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical query resolution service

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Accurately resolve technical queries received via Live Chat, phone, email, and any other digital media.
  • Support the delivery of core service as required by the operation within agreed service levels.
  • Takes personal responsibility for improving own technical knowledge, product/process/system knowledge as well as service skills.
  • Ensures that personal coaching and mentoring needs are proactively raised and resolved with line manager.
  • Takes personal responsibility in achieving the quality assurance targets set within the requirements of the QA framework in place.
  • Personally display and evidence adherence to the organisations Culture and Values
  • Maintain professional qualification standards through effective CPD evidencing and recording.
  • Willing to contribute to small scale projects within the division.

To be considered you must have a proven track record in a similar role, plus:

  • Must demonstrate good knowledge of all products/services/systems offered through completion of internal accreditation licences.
  • Can competently convey technical information through Live Chat/calls/email/and any other digital media to ensure comprehension by intended audience.
  • Ability to apply consultative questioning techniques to analyse the full extent of technical query and provide the appropriate answer.
  • Qualified to Level 4 QCF or equivalent e.g. Cii Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
