About our client

The team manages a diverse global portfolio and ongoing interests in established and emerging sectors such as commercial, retail, industrial and the living sectors including multi-family, affordable housing, short/long-stay accommodation and retirement living. The main focus of the property team is on direct style operating platform investments on a global basis leveraging a sophisticated investment team. What the job involves

  • Produce sound and relevant quantitative analysis for investment recommendations
  • Analyse performance data to draw insights from prior investment outcomes
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to achieve investment objectives with regards to property
  • Manage relationships with and information flows from external fund managers and/or direct property companies
  • Extraction and analysis of portfolio information to assist with regulatory or other ad-hoc requests
  • Identify innovations and opportunities for improvement to Investment processes
Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline
  • Experience in a property-oriented investment role with a high direct investment or co-investment component and/or M&A, public-to-private investments, private equity investments in property related companies and joint ventures
  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills and outstanding written and verbal communication/presentation delivery skills
  • Outstanding Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Solid network of contacts locally and globally
  • Strong references
