Axon Moore is pleased to be partnering with a leading Asset Management firm to recruit for an Investment Associate to join their team. The Responsibilities:

-          Support with completion of investments including preparation of investment documentation & management of the due diligence process.

-          Identifying, selecting, and appraising suitable investment loans to achieve annual investment targets.

-          Undertaking business development activities and self-generating proposals / building new relationships.

-          Adhering to regulation and customer requirements.

-          Preparing internal and external reports to key stakeholders.

-          Supporting the post-investment monitoring of investments.

The Requirements:

-          A lending / regulatory background.

-          A self-starter background with a proactive attitude to work.

-          Strong analytical skills with good financial awareness.

-          Be able to build good levels of financial awareness and have strong analytical skills.

-          Strong team player who represents company values.

-          Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent levels of verbal and written communication.

-          Possession of full UK drivers license is highly desirable given the nature of this role (occasional travel to other sites may be required).

-          Previous experience and working knowledge of CRM systems & MS Office.

The Offer:

-          A salary of £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
