Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the evaluation and execution of Growth Equity investment opportunities
  • Provide initial assessments of transactions originated by the team, including modelling and investment assessment
  • Participate in negotiation and drafting of term sheets for potential transactions
  • Research and write investment papers for transactions
  • Monitor and report on transactions within the portfolio
