Mbf are working with one of the UK's largest and most successful Investment Management & Financial Planning organisations to recruit an Investment Management Administrator. Our client has a stellar reputation, they have offices across the country and are an exciting business to work for.

We are currently seeking a dynamic & hardworking Investment Administrator who will work alongside successful Investment Managers. This is a fantastic opportunity working with Senior IMs providing comprehensive support and ensuring the HNW client bank receives the highest level of service. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key contributor to a top performing team within a renowned financial organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the designated Senior Investment Manager.
  • Manage and organise the Investment Manager's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Liaise with clients and assist in maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Investment Manager.
  • Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support investment decision-making.
  • Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Our client is looking to recruit a motivated individual who is looking for a long term career within the industry. You will be working alongside a Senior Investment Manager who will provide you with ongoing training & support, you will be supported by the business for any market exams and there will be plenty of scope to progress (the company has a proven track record of progressing individuals from this role into Investment Management positions).

To be considered you will ideally be working within a similar Investment Management Administration capacity, however the client is also willing to consider individual from a wider Financial Services background.

We will also consider strong graduates who are looking to start their career within the industry - minimum of a 2:1 within a related field.
