Do you have administration experience? Are you organised and have a 'can do' attitude?

Our client, an award winning investment and technology firm, is looking for an Investment Administration Associate to join their Client Administration Team.

Responsibilities include

  • Processes new business applications
  • Deal with post and emails in and out of the business
  • Client administration including but not limited to change of details, direct debit set ups, withdrawals, registering power of attorney
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and advisers

About you

  • Well organised
  • Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented
  • Energetic, collaborative, and proactive
  • Good communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel knowledge
  • At least 6-12 months experience in a similar administration based role (desirable)
  • An understanding of ISA and SIPP regulations (desirable)
