Our client is looking to recruit a professional candidate with some proven experience in either the customer service, property, insurance or claims handling sectors. You must have excellent communication looking to establish a permanent career within their Intervention team. This opportunities would be ideal for a professional who enjoys client interaction, resolving problems and managing a project.

You will deal with a variety of clients regarding their cases, ensuring you receive the full information and provide advice and information to your clients on the process involved. These cases require you to pull together detailed information to ensure full facts are gathered for you to act on.

You will be responsible for processing the information on the internal systems and analysing the information provided. The role will involve speaking and negotiating with clients in order to agree a swift settlement.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Proven client/customer focused experience in the insurance/claims/property/customer service sectors
  • Experience dealing with customers over the telephone
  • Strong written communication
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Personable and approachable
  • Looking for a career, further training & progression
  • Ability to communicate effectively on all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Analytical
  • IT literate and able to pick up new systems
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload as well as add real value to the team
  • Lives within 25 miles of Northampton

HOURS OF WORK: 8.45-5.00pm Monday to Friday with 1 Lunch

HOLIDAY: 25 days plus bank holidays and an opportunity to increase this every year to 27 plus a day off for your birhday if it falls on a weekday
