The Foundation for International Education (FIE) is seeking qualified, enthusiastic, and competent applicants for the following full-time, permanent position of Internship Placement Coordinator in London.

  • £30,000 per annum

The FIE is an international educational organisation working in partnership with universities and colleges in the US to provide immersive study abroad programs for undergraduate students in London, Dublin, and Amman. We offer enriching experiences that shape futures.


About the Role:

Embark on a fulfilling journey as an Experiential Education (Internship Placement) Coordinator. Your role involves orchestrating the placement of international undergraduate students into valuable for-academic-credit, unpaid in-person, and remote internship experiences. As a proficient communicator, you'll engage with students and London employers to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise placement of international students into internship opportunities
  • Liaise with students and employers to ensure success and address challenges
  • Cultivate partnerships with London-based companies for internship placements
  • Identify and develop new internship opportunities for students
  • Provide support and guidance to students throughout their study abroad experience

  • Excellent communication abilities across diverse stakeholders
  • Capacity to manage complex workloads effectively
  • Resilience in handling challenging situations
  • Positive attitude with a confident, outgoing personality
  • Proficient in English with excellent IT skills
