The Company

As a leading player within the Data Analysis sector, this global business specialises in the Sports Media sector and has developed an enviable reputation for transforming statistics using innovative artificial intelligence to develop ground-breaking insights for media and technology, betting and team performance. Working with a portfolio of prestigious global sports broadcasters, technology groups, sportsbooks, teams and leagues, the business is enjoying ongoing growth and expansion through continuous technology, products, services and market development. A new opportunity currently exists for a Tax Manager role focusing on compliance across a large number of international territories.

Key Responsibilities of the Tax Manager

• Ensure accurate tax reporting for each group entity worldwide
• Provide strategic advice on group rationalisation and navigate complex tax landscapes
• Provide a deep dive into details of transfer pricing and OECD compliance
• Work closely with tax advisors and analysts across each territory to ensure seamless operations
• Utilise analytical skills in year-end reporting, tax accounting, and responding to tax inquiries to keep us at the forefront of the industry.
• Handle diverse and engaging queries, contributing to our dynamic daily operations

Skills & Attributes of the Tax Manager

• Qualified accountant or tax specialist (eg CTA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Trained within a top-tier accounting firm and/or large multinational company with good exposure to international tax matters
• Possess a can-do attitude and is able to work independently and take ownership of projects and processes
