International Payroll Manager

Salary: £85,000 + bonus

Location: City of London

Hybrid: 3 days in the office

Cedar is working with a market leading and global Fintech company who are looking for an International Payroll Manager to join their team. They will be responsible for payroll across EMEA and APAC regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the payroll team with the daily operations, payroll reviews, and approvals, providing training, and coaching to team members.
• Oversee the regional payroll programs, policies, and procedures.
• Identify areas of opportunity in current operations and incorporate process improvement.
• Work with payroll vendors clearing up tax notices and regulatory reporting requirements across our international jurisdictions.
• Stay updated with local payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across all international countries.
• Work with Finance, HRIT, HRBP's and other key functions.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of managing complex, global payrolls.
• Knowledge of international benefits and how they impact payroll.
• Knowledge of UK tax filings, pension schemes and equity tax reporting and processing.
• Experience with CloudPay and Workday is desirable.
• Be hands on, analytical, and self-driven.
