Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading multinational organisation with a global footprint, dedicated to innovation and excellence in Aviation. Our client is currently seeking an experienced International Mobility, Tax and Reward Manager to join there busy HR team.

This role will be responsible for managing the tax, compensation, and compliance aspects of their international workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international taxation, global mobility policies, and employee rewards.

Day To Day:

  • Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies for international assignments, ensuring compliance with global tax laws and regulations.
  • Design and manage global mobility policies, including assignment structuring, tax equalisation, and immigration considerations.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs for international assignees, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align mobility strategies with business objectives and talent management initiatives.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with international assignments, including compliance with laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and guide senior management and stakeholders on international mobility matters.

Experience And Requirements

  • Professional certification ATT or CTA preferred.
  • Proven experience in international taxation, global mobility, and managing expatriates.
  • Experience of managing or overseeing UK immigration applications
  • Strong knowledge of international tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across diverse cultures and geographies.
  • People management skills

This role does offer Hybrid, Flexible Working

Salary up to £50,000 per annum ( Which can be negotiable)
