Medium Sized Global Charity - Interim International Accountant - 6 months minimum - Opportunity to be extended/go Permanent - Very flexible working - London Based

Client Details

A medium-sized Global Education Charity are looking for an Interim International Accountant, whose main focus will be to co-ordinate the charity's international taxation as well as other accounting duties. If successful, there is the option to join the Charity on a permanent basis.

Description

• Majority of the work is related to International Tax
• Liasing with the auditors both in UK and internationally - being the main point of contact
• Project management
• Liasing with the Financial Accountants and the non finance staff who work internationally
• Overseeing the tax activities internationall
• Providing a tax advisory service for stakeholders - looking at international tax strategy

Profile

A successful International Accountant should:

• Be fully qualified (ACA ideally)
• Be Practice trained
• Have proven experience in a similar senior-level role.
• Have a strong knowledge of international tax (a must)
• Have prior experience working for Not for Profit organisations
• Have good working knowledge of statutory accounts
• Be able to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Be strategically switched on
• Have strong communication skills to work with finance and non finance stakeholders
