Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting an Internal Sales Assistantto join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to work closely with the Estimating team, Product Supply chain and the Technical team, following up and converting quotations into orders.

In return, our client is offering a competitive salary, plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme & Christmas shut down.

This is a full-time, permanent The hours of work will be Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:00 Friday (08:00 – 15:30) or you can work 30 minutes longer over 4 days to have the 5th day finishing time at 13:00

Reporting to the Estimating Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Provides central point of contact for incoming telephone and web sales enquiries.
• Prepare and sends quotations.
• Work Closely with Sales, Technical, Customer Service departments.
• Responsible for following up and converting quotes.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Refers technical enquiries to the relevant person

The ideal candidate:

• Experience of a Sales Support
• The ability to prioritise and delegate work effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, working accurately in a high-pressure environment as part of a team.
• Effective communicator with customers and colleagues.
