Internal Sales
Due to expansion, our Stoke branch is looking for an experienced Internal Timber Sales Specialist. In this position, you will play a key role in the sales of our full range of timber products and is a great opportunity for a pro-active individual to take ownership of these product ranges.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and grow the branches customer base
- Maximise sales and profit of Timber Products
- Provide quotations for customers
- Manage product stock levels
- Provide excellent customer service
- This role will involve working alternate Saturday mornings
Qualifications and Skills
- Sound timber and joinery product knowledge
- Previous sales experience in a builder’s merchant/timber sales environment
- The ability to build and develop great customer relationships
- Confident, motivated and charismatic
- Good customer service skills
- Good IT skills
