Internal Sales Specialist required for a global provider of automotive parts and solutions. Based in Tyne and Wyre, this is a full-time office-based post, working Monday to Friday offering an annual salary up to £25,000 plus a range of attractive employee benefits. Working as part of a team of 4 professional sales advisors, we are seeking an experienced candidate with key account management and new client development skills.

Your main responsibilities will include the ongoing management and maintenance of existing customer service levels, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. Responsible for controlling stock and inventory to the correct levels, ensuring that adequate and correct levels of stock are available within the agreed timescales, and arranging shipping and distribution of parts. Creating shipping delivery schedules whilst managing the import/export process, communicating with customers on a global basis, arranging customs clearance for all goods and services, and controlling all mandated documentation and systems reporting. 

For the role of Internal Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for handling and managing high levels of administration, working with MS Office-based systems (Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel), supporting the wider sales department with customer orders, pricing, and quotes, liaising with suppliers, whilst working to agreed service level agreements.

Ideally, we are seeking a candidate who can communicate in French, both verbally and in writing, someone who has supported global sales teams, needing a UK/European Driving Licence for occasional travel. If you have worked within the automotive/manufacturing sectors we would like to hear from you.
