White Label Recruitment are excited to be working with an exclusive client, a specialist Engineering Manufacturer, in their search to find an Internal Sales / Sales Administrator to join their busy and growing team. Upon successful completion of training, the role is offering up to 4 days working from home!

Role and Responsibilities of the Internal Sales / Sales Administrator:

  • Act as the main point of contact for new and prospective customers
  • Develop and implement SMART working practices to enhance query handling efficiency.
  • Preparinh quotations to support the sales process.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and inquiries.
  • Proactively monitor and analyse the progress of quotations
  • Processing all orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing customers to uphold high service levels

Essential requirements of the Internal Sales / Sales Administrator:

  • Previous experience in Sales Administration or Customer service
  • Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment is essential - open to any industry
  • Strong background quotation preparation and order processing
  • Demonstrated excellence in Customer service
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
  • Commitment to Customer expectations
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

Package details:

  • £26,000 - £28,000
  • Bonus up to 10%
  • 25 days + BH, increasing to 30 days with years of service
  • Matched pension scheme + 1%
  • 2 x death in service
  • 8.30 - 5pm Monday-Thursday and 4pm Friday
  • Option of up to 4 days working from home following completion of training
