Remuneration: £25,000 - £35,000 Dependent on experience

The role of the Internal Sales Representative - Concrete will involve:

• Internal Sales position selling a range of concrete products and services such as: blocks, slabs, aggregates, ready mixed, waterproof, self-compacting and screeds
• Selling to contractors, housebuilders, merchants, trade and construction companies
• Office based role supporting a member of the external sales team, contacting clients/customers and arranging appointments on their behalf
• Pricing up and placing orders for customers
• Organising jobs and allocating drivers appropriately
• Dealing with incoming enquiries via email and telephone
• Nurturing and maintaining existing accounts, encouraging repeat business
• Dealing with project sizes varying from £400 to £25,000

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Representative - Concrete experience with:

• Must have sales experience within the construction industry, ideally concrete related
• Open to candidates working within a builders merchant
• Administration & scheduling experience beneficial
• Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organised, personable and good relationship building skills
• Hungry, driven, autonomous and poses a positive, proactive attitude
• Computer literate
