My client, who is a well-established supplier of non-mechanical products, is currently seeking an enthusiastic internal sales administrator to join their growing team. This role involves working alongside the sales manager in providing customer service and sales support. It's a varied and interesting role that offers great career prospects.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maximise internal sale opportunities with existing customers by informing of latest promotions and offers
  • Support customers with telephone, email and face-to-face orders and provide accurate advice and information
  • Ensure accurate administration for hire and sales contracts, purchase orders stock transfers and asset administration
  • Liaise with warehouse to ensure hire equipment is available
  • Co-ordinate Drivers to ensure equipment is delivered and collected from customers on time and efficiently.  

The role would suit an individual with previous sales / logistic experience and ideally within a trade industry. The successful candidate must be highly organised, motivated, adaptable, able to demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills and enjoys working in a busy environment.
