Internal Sales Executive

Why Do We Need You?

At PAM, we are looking for an Internal Sales Executive, to support our internal sales team with customer enquiries and orders with our core customers.

You will be responsible for managing our existing customer base, mainly consisting of merchant and tier 2 and 3 contractor enquiries and also proactive sales generation with new clients.

The role will suit someone who is from a customer focussed background, either in sales or customer services. What we value the most is the ability to be organised, flexible and an ability to be skilled in fact-finding.

The role is office-based in our office in Ilkeston.

What we're looking for:

• Customer focussed, with an ability to actively listen and fact-find with customers
• Previous experience of working with customers, either in a sales or customer service type position
• IT literate, knowledge of working with CRM and software packages
• Working in a small and collaborative team

What will you be doing:

• Managing customer enquiries, quote generation and following up to successful closure
• Working closely with Regional sales Manager and Directors to proactively seek sales generation opportunities.
• Working with Technical Advisors in the idenfication of opportunities and quote generation
