£28,000 - £35,000 + bonuses

The client

My client is a global MRO business offering commercial buyers a variety of products and services. They are highly regarded in the construction sphere and has an lustrous history dating back into the 20th century.

The are looking for internal sales people to join their team as part of major growth plans as they expand further and continue their modernisation. 

The role

As an Internal Sales Executive you will be expected to:

Order processing
Raise quotes, chasing quotations when due to expire
Provide customers with a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service whilst at the same time optimising branch sales and gross profit.  
Work effectively as part of a team ensuring that customers’ expectations are not just met but exceeded
Work with efficiency and accuracy
Maintain & develop company culture, customer satisfaction, trade counter & delivery service
Possess excellent customer service and sales skills both in person and on the telephone
Serve customers face-to-face on the trade counter
Account ownership updating the CRM

Candidate requirements 
 The candidate:
Previous sales experience working for a merchant or construction business. 
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Team working – being able to work cooperatively with others within and across
departments
Personal organisation
Innovation – being capable of challenging the status quo and suggesting new 
and better ways of doing things
Self initiative and drive
Be the best at what you
Understand your customer

Benefits 

£28,000 - £35,000 per annum
