Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join their prestigious brand on a permanent basis. Based in Ellesmere Port, you'll play a vital role in generating new business opportunities within the construction sector through intelligence and lead generation services.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll be a key member of their internal sales team, responsible for:

  • Cold calling B2B prospects to generate new business opportunities for our External Field Sales Managers.
  • Selling annual subscriptions to our construction intelligence database by making quality appointments for the external field sales team.
  • Conducting high-volume cold calls to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of our products and their relevance to their business.
  • Working towards monthly KPIs and objectives set by the manager.
  • Ensuring data accuracy by logging all calls on the CRM system.
  • Producing quotes and orders when required and collaborating with the external team to secure orders.
  • Maintaining GDPR compliance at all times.
  • Self-sourcing new leads through various channels.
  • Participating in training and taking responsibility for self-development.
  • Performing other tasks as required by the manager and business.

About You:

  • The role of Internal Sales Executive is for you if you have:
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a sales environment, preferably phone-based and B2B.
  • Experience in volume-based prospecting and delivering sales targets.
  • Excellent persuasive telephone manner and communication skills at all levels.
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems for logging calls, booking appointments, producing quotes/orders, and updating spreadsheets.
